A couple of weeks earlier, HR opened up a training session called "International Communication," taught by our one and only Sales director, Mr. Chang. A session that only talked about the instructor's experience in communicating with foreign clients.
I didn't pay attention to the teacher's name until I really read it. Jesus, I almost applied for it. The same day, I heard my colleague said "Yes, him! Taught by Mr. Chang! Didn't you see the name?"
Mr. Chang was very famous of his frequent appearance in RD's center. Like, twice a week and whole morning each time.
So, we all knew about him.
Today, HR posted the names that applied to attend that session. I laughed.
Session in Taipei - 2/3 were all Sales, Mr. Chang's team.
Session in Hsinchu - all engineers. No PM (no people that knew him). I was like, just wait and see, you engineers, see what you'd learn from it.
We all heard him enough. We don't need to torture ourselves more.
