Ever since I started using Facebook, I kinda abandoned this blog.
Now I'm back, just for a little while, because I don't want to say what I'm going to say in my Facebook.
Here is the text conversation after I sent out a half-day annual leave application form.
It seems my leader's understanding of Labor Standards Act (勞基法) is very different from most people's.
An advanced leave application does not count for approval process?! An unofficial medium of leave notice is preferred?!
I've never heard of this logic, but it seems my leader think it's a common practice in the workplace.
The conversation stopped just there. I didn't reply back because I don't agree with his personal opinion.
The irony is he does not always inform the team of his leave of absence in advance.
Should I follow his words, or his actions?
